Silent Hill's Item's:

Health Drinks -
You'll find these all over Silent Hill, they'll heal a medium amount of health.
Silent Hill's Health Item's:

Fid Aid Kits -
These are kinda rare to find, as they can fully recover full health, even if on red.

Ampoule's -
Now these are rare to find only a few locations, of these to be found at. They can fully restore health and they'll make you immune for certain mount of time.

Silent Hill's Ammunition:

Hangun Ammo -
Can be found in numbers of places though out Silent Hill.

Shotgun Shells -
These are kinda hard to find, but they're not as rare to find as Hunting Rifle rounds, try not to watse Shotgun Shells unless you've run out of ammo with your Handgun.

Rifle Shells -
Now theses are hard to find, there's only litmed places where these can be found. Best save these for bosses.

Silent Hill's Important Item's:

Flashlight -
You'll find this on the counter in the Cafe you first start out in. You can only turn this flashlight on in dark area's of Silent Hill, when it goes from day-light to night to turn this on press the circle button. To turn it it on in a dark area press the circle button and again to turn it off.

Pocket Radio -
Now this is very helpful it'll emit static when monsters are near by and now close they are how far away they are.

'To School' Note -
You'll find this in the ally where you were chasing after Cheryl. This will mark your destination, to Midwich Elementary School.

Challening Stone -
You'll only get this item after getting other four endings. On Finney Street keep running along as you go up there will be a Convenience Store. Go inside there on the counter should be the Challening Stone. (This will only show up if you got the 4 Endings)

'To Dog House' 'On Levin Street.' Note
You'll find this note at the end of a chasm. Once you find the note fun back to Levin Street kill the Graoner's there if you already have already killed them find the Dog House. Only go into the house if you have all 3 key's to the door.

Key of Woodman -
You'll kind this key in a basketball court, to get to this key head east along Finney Street, then head over to Bachman Street, once there proceed down the ally to get to the basketball court, once your in there go to the trash can of some sort there will be the Key of Woodman from a dog's head.

Key of Lion -
Once you got the Key of Woodman head out of of the basket ball courtyard, then head left once your out of the ally thrn left until you find a Air Screamer, kill it then keep walking until you find a box of Handgun ammo pick it up then walk to the police car, there will be the Key of Lion.

Key of Scarecrow -
Once you have the Key of Lion, go south of Elroy Street once you are there, there'll be a chasm but there's a wood plank for you to corss to get to the Key of Scarecrow, once there check the Mailbox, there will be the Key of Scarecrow and a Health Drink, there might be a Air Screamer kill it if you want.

House Key 'Doghouse Key'
You can find this key in the Doghouse after finding Cheryl's second note, once you have seen the note, head to Levin Street kill the Groaners if you haven't already, if you have walk up tot he Doghouse examine it, there should be the key to the house.

Chemical -
The Chemical is in the Lab Equip Room, on the 2nd floor of Midwich Elementary School.

Gold Medallion -
You'll find this in Midwich Elementary School on the 2nd floor, go to the Lab Equip Room, once your in there pick up the Chemical, once you picked that up go into the Chemistry Lab there will be a statue of a hand, use the Chemical on the hand to get the Gold Medallion.

Silver Medallion -
The Silver Medeallion is in the Music Room on the 2nd floor as you go into the Music Room there'll be a piano, there's blood on the keys they go 1 2 3 4 5.

Piano Puzzle -
Here's the Piano Puzzle Solved. what you see in red is what keys you press and the order is:
1 2 3 4 5. Once you've done that you'll get the Silver Medallion.  

Rubber Ball -
This item is in the Alternate School, once your inside kill the Mumbers (the small gray-like demon kids with knifes)/Claw Fingers (brown-like demon bears with claws) once you've gotten them out the way, go tot he Storage Room and pick up the Rubber Ball.

Picture Card -
The Picture Card is in the first Classroom on a table with other cards pick up the golden yellow card.

Classroom Key -
You'll find this key on the roof in the Alternate School once you're on the room you'll be a valve but follow along the pipe there'll be a hole use the Rubber Ball there then go where there's some blood check the hole there's the Key then go to the valve use it go back down to the first floor into the Alternate Courtyard there should be a drain piple at the side of one of the entraces ther's the Classroom Key.

Libary Reserve Key -
You'll find this key in the Alternate School Locker Room, after looking into the bloody locker walk past the others as a corpse will fall out of the bigger lockers as it will drop the Libary Reserve Key.

Valve Combiation - Boiler Room
When you enter the Boiler Room walk to the left Valve go to: Turn the valve Right. Then walk to the right Valve go to: Turn the vavle left then again you should be able to get tot he Lizard Boss. How to beat this boss check the Sient Hill Bosses Page for more info.

K.Gorden Key -
You'll get this key after you've beaten the Lizard Boss and you'll be back at Midwich Elementrey School after the cutseen with Alessa, pick up the K.Gorden, Key exit the Boiler Room find a list of teacher's K.Gorden will be marked on your map.

Flauros -
Once you've entered the church there will be Dahlia, once the FMV has ended or you've skiped it walk up to the alter, there will sit the Flaours and the Drawbirdge key also there's a Health Drink in the church.

Drawbridge Key -
Same place with the Flauros.

Basement Key -
Go to the Conference Room on the desk is the Basement Key.

Plastic Bottle -
Go to the Kichten as there'll be some plastic bottles and a Health Drink. I'll explain more on what to do with this bottle in the Endings.

 'Unknown Liquid' Aglaophotis-
 You'll get this after you picked up the Plastic Bottle go into Kaufmann's Office as there will be a smashed glass on the floor use the Plastic Bottle on the red stuff to get 'Unknown Liquid' witch it's known as Aglaophotis.

Blood Pack -
This useful item is in the 3rd Floor Sotrage Room. This item is used to move the Blood Suckers in Room 204 on the 2nd floor.

Plate of 'Hatter' -
This can be found in Room 204 on the 2nd floor, as you need the Blood Pack to get to it as the Blood Suckers can't be killed but if you get to close they can kill you. So use the Blood Pack and get the Plate of 'Hatter'.

This can be found in Room 306 on the 3rd Floor.

This can be found in the male's toilets on the 3rd Floor.

This can be found in the Director's Office (Kaufmann's Office).

Lighter -
This is in Room 201, on 2nd Foor on the bed after killing a Puppet Nurse.

Nurse's Station Puzzle -
Once you have all 4 Plate's they go in a certain order: Plate of 'Queen' Top left corner then Plate of 'Turtle' Top right corner, Plate of 'Hatter' Bottom Right Corner, Plate of 'Cat' Bottom Left corner.

Basement Storeroom Key -
This Key can be found in the Operating Prep Room on the 2nd floor after you solved the Nurse's Station Puzzle.

Disinfecting Alcohol -
Head to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) there on the table there will be the Disinfecting Alcohol.

Examination Room Key -
This can be found in one of the rooms in the basement as there will be a picture of Alessa and the key will be next to it.

Video Tape -
This can be found in one of the rooms in the basement it's on a bed. Pick it up take it to Room 302 on the 3rd Floor and use it then go down to the first floor into the Medicine Room.

Antique Shop Key "Green Lion Key" -
After meeting Lisa Garland for the frist time, and you'll pass out as Dahlia will turn up going on about the town being devoured by Darkness, as she'll give you the "Green Lion" Key (Antique Shop Key.)

Sewer Key -
This will be in the Sewers as there's an office in the Sewers as there's a box with the Sewer Key in it.

Sewer Exit Key -
You'll find this key at the end as there's a pool of blood as there's the Sewer Exit Key.

Kaufmann Key -
After the FMV with Kaufmann, with his fight with the Mumbler/Claw Finger he'll drop his wallet but it'll depend what ending your going for. Inside will be a Key to an Inn Door #3.

Receipt -
This can be found if Kaufmann's wallet. Number 0473 for the padlock at the Infian Runner.

Motorcycle Key -
This is Kaufmann's Room there's a chest push it to the side use the Magnet to get the Motorcycle Key.

Screwdriver -
You'll find this when you exit from the left go to a pair of double doors with Hagth of it go to the door then you'll find a tray with a Screwdriver and some Pliers.

Pliers -
Same place as the Screwdriver. Once you've gotten the Pliers exit from the Nowhere Basement go to the lift then go to the door on the right as there will be a faucet (tap) Use the Pliers here.

Key of Ophiel -
Once you've used the Pliers you'll get the Key of Ophiel from the tap.

Plaques puzzle to get the Stone of Time -
On the left side press 6 in the middle press 4 on the right side press 8

Stone of Time -
To get this you'll need to do the Plaques' Puzzle.

Amulet of Solomon -
Once you've entered the room keep going until you've walked into a mourge keep walking until on the wall is tht Amulet os Solomon. Once you've gotten that Lisa will turn up...

Key of Hagith -
Once with the FMV with Lisaone of the Rooms will have the Antique Shop there will be a clock use the Stone of Time to get the Key of Hagith. Once you've gotten the key go to the double doors again where you got the Screwdrive and Pliers from use the key there to get to the lift. Once in the lift go to Floor 2

Crest of Mercury -
You'll find this in a room with a box of Rifle Rounds and the Ring of Contract.

Ring of Contract -
Is in the same room as the Crest Mercury, you'll need this Ring.

Camera -
Once you've picked up the two items and Rifle Rounds head to the room containing the Camera

Key of Aratron -
Remember that steel plate? Well here use the Screwdriver in Room 304 there'll be the Key of Aratron but you can't get it because there's electricity flowing though the key. Once your done there go though the double doors it'll take you back to the hall way go the 3rd Floor.

Bird Cage Key -
On the left side of the door is like the Plaqgues Puzzle.

The ones in red are the ones that must be the ones to click. The ones that are in yellow are the ones to open the door to get the Bird Cage Key.

Alter Door Puzzle -
On The Right Side:

The ones in red are the ones that must be the ones to click. The ones that are in yellow are the ones to open the door to get to a First Aid Kit in the Right Side Door.

Key of Plaleg -
Once you've gotten the Bird Cage Key and the First Aid Kit, go down to the first floor find the room with a Bird Cage in it use the key on the Bird Cage, to get the Key of Plaleg. Once got the key find the 'Plaleg' Door.

Dagger of Melchior -
Find the room with it seems like a kitchen with a cabinet there will be the Dagger of Me;chior sticking out once you have the Dagger use the Ring of Contract. If you don't use the Ring and you walk away without using it a Blood Sucker will come out and grab you then it's Game Over.

Key of Bethor -
Once you've done that exit that room and find another with a Storage Room in it on the shelf near these double doors is a bag of jelly beans open the bag and you'll get the Key of Bathor then go though the double doors here you can use the tape you picked up as it'll be clear. Once your Exit out of the Storage Room head to another room with graffiti all over the walls.

Ankh -
Once your in the graffiti room there will be a table with an Egyptian Ankh there pick it up exit it the room. Once there go to the door use the Key of Bethor there. Once in there turn off the generator.

Key of Aratorn -
Go back to Room 304 and get the Key of Aratron. Once you have the key head back to the Phaleg Corridor, and once your there look for the, Door of Aratorn once there enter the room.

Disk of Ouroboros -
Once the FMV has ended walk over to Alessa's picture next to it is Disk of Ouroboros, once got that head to Alessa's Room once there save if you want walk up to the door and place all the items don't matter what order they go in, once they're in place the door unlocks then proceed though. Depends what ending you are going for how to beat Mother of God or Deamon Serpent check the Silent Hill Bosses Page to find out more.

Silent Hill's Endings:
 
Bad Ending:
To get this ending you must follow the exact instructions:
Do not save Dr.Kaufmann.
Do not pick up the Magnet, as in ignore Kaufmann just go though the game until you get to, the Amusment Park there, the next boss is Cybil, you have to kill her. (On how to kill her see the Bosses Page for more info.)

Bad+ Ending:
To get this ending you must follow the exact instructions:
Ignore Dr.Kaufmann again, you can go to Annie's Bar but ignore his wallet and pick up the Health Drinks there. You must save Cybil. You need a plastic bottle, go to Kaufmann's Office use the bottle in his office to get the 'Unknown Liquid'. When your in a boss fight with her wait until she's very close make sure she don't try and strangle you to death when she's very close to you quickly go to your inventory and use the 'Unknown Liquid.' Then go though the hole game.

Good Ending:
To get this ending you must follow the exact instructions:
You must save Dr.Kaufmann, go to Annie's Bar go to his wallet pick up his items, pick up the magnet use that in his room to get the motorcycle key go back to the Inn find the Motorcycle he'll turn up once he's left go though the game get to Cybil kill her then finish off the game.

Good+ Ending:
To get this ending you must follow the exact instructions:
You must save Dr.Kaufmann. Same as Good Ending's instructions.
You must have the 'Unknown Liquid' with you to save Cybil. Once you have done them go though the game save Cybil beat the game.

To get this ending you must follow the exact instructions:
Here you must use the Challening Stone:
Here's the 5 area you must use it:
Alternate School Roof
Stand outside the Hospital before going inside use it there.
When you come out of the Hospital after cheking up on Lisa use it again there.
Go to the Inn's courtyard use the Stone there.
When on the boat use the Challening Stone.
Go to the Lighthouse and use the stone there for the last time.
